About the presenter – A native of Toronto, Canada, Zahra Haji is the director and founder of Yoga Goddess and creator of the Moon Goddess meditation and yoga program for female fertility – now practiced by women in over 25 countries! Her training includes certifications in kundalini yoga, psychotherapy, pilates, womb blessings, theta healing and reiki.

Inspired by her many teachings, Zahra created Yoga Goddess to help women connect with their bodies—spiritually, emotionally, and physically—so they can heal their period problems, preserve their fertility for the future, or create a fertile environment for conception now. New Year’s is a wonderful time to count your blessings and set a conscious trajectory for the year to come. In this retreat we will open our hearts and minds through deep practices of yoga, meditation, and soulful community.

The retreat will be Sunday, December 29th through Wednesday, January 1st, 2020. Join us for 4 days and 3 nights of Yoga, soulful connection, meditation, rest, campfires, and fresh mountain air. Your immersion will be held in a nurturing space, with beautiful surroundings, delicious local food, and a fantastic staff at Elohee Retreat Center.

We will slow down, relax, and celebrate everything this year has blessed us with.
We will connect with others of like mind and heart.
We will learn an ancient and beautiful meditation practice that you can take home with you. You’ll receive free ongoing practice support for the next 3 months.
We will release the past with a New Year’s Eve ceremony around the fire circle. Then, a Higher Self meditation will invite the circumstances, insights, and connections that will help you to be of service to yourself and the world around you.

We are providing you with the opportunity to learn how to teach chair yoga, and achieve all of the above, and more! Join us for a fun and engaging weekend to earn your chair yoga certification.

Among the topics covered, are:

• How to chose the right poses when addressing a specific problem;
• How to adapt conventional poses and flow sequences, from mat to chair;
• How to use additional props to create new variations, when the chair alone is not enough;
• How to create a complete practice inclusive of asana, pranayama, and mediation that would fit any time budget, and getting down on a mat is not feasible.

The course will support participants to clarify life purpose and clear or expand their path to a life of extraordinary results experienced with ease and joy.

The class will be interactive and include a guided meditation, an opportunity for participants to write their small and big life goals,  an optional one-on-one and dialogue with Bart.
