Fall Cleanse with Natalie Biniasz

-Do you sometimes feel disconnected from your body’s signals?

-Are you ready to lay down the old stories, old ways of being and truly step into your fullest potential?

-Can you imagine feeling strong and capable physically, mentally & emotionally?

-What would it be like if you could tap into an infinite supply of energy?

Life demands that we must evolve and change must faster than we ever thought possible.  We are in the middle of a huge paradigm shift, challenging us to step forward into uncharted territory.  Living in this world today, we are exposed to many toxins through the media we consume, the experiences we move through, the air we breathe, the food we eat and the products we use.

These toxins get stored in our physical bodies, causing disruptions for years, such as repeating unhealthy behaviors & patterns, rigid belief systems, fear based responses & actions, health issues, lack of mental clarity, chronic symptoms, digestive issues & more.

Cleansing supports us in establishing a strong foundation so that we can ease-fully step forward into this new world.

Benefits of this cleanse:

  • greater intuition
  • emotional stability
  • increased energy
  • improved mental clarity & better sleep
  • connection with a strength in ourselves that wasn’t there before

Never done a cleanse before? No problem.  THIS IS A FOOD BASED CLEANSE and there are 3 different meal options to suit where you are currently… newbie, intermediate or advanced.

Each option is comprised of a certain number of days pre & post cleanse (a diet free of sugar, caffeine, dairy, meat and gluten) and a certain number of days of the main cleanse (a mono-diet of kitchari – rice and mung beans).

Registration Closed For this Event.

Yoga for Common Injuries & Conditions, Jan 22 & Feb 18

In these two workshops, we will investigate common injuries and conditions of the human body. We will discuss, explore, and experience how yoga asana can be modified for safe practice, or used as a tool to provide more balance in the body, attempting to alleviate symptoms associated with dysfunction.

Yin Yoga Workshop, Jan 29

Please note that the date for the Yin workshop has been updated. If you previously registered for the workshop on Jan 7th, you will NOT need to re-register for the new event date. If for some reason you cannot make the new event time, contact us at (404) 847-9642. PYC will issue a full refund.

Yin yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga with postures that are held for longer periods of time—anywhere from one to five minutes. Yin yoga poses apply moderate stress to the connective tissues of the body—the tendons, fascia, and ligaments—with the aim of increasing circulation in the joints and improving flexibility. A more meditative approach to yoga, yin aims at cultivating awareness of inner silence, and bringing to light a universal, interconnecting quality.

Please join us for a Yin Yoga workshop, both for Teachers and for serious students who would like to explore this form of practice. The workshop is led by Christina Law, a Peachtree Yoga Center certified instructor and owner of Yoga & Wellness Studio in Blue Ridge. Christina has been teaching Yin for a decade and has a unique presentation of the basics. She will guide you through this inner journey, closer to the bones, to an inner practice so many could benefit from to balance the predominant yang practices.

Key benefits of a regular Yin Yoga practice:

  • Stillness: calms and balances the mind and body
  • Stress and anxiety reduction
  • Increased circulation
  • Improved flexibility
  • Fascial release
  • Greater joint mobility
  • Balance to the internal organs and improved flow of prana through meridian stimulation
