Are you ready to feel empowered?
This immersion is a carefully crafted sequence to activate & clear the physical, mental, emotional and energetic bodies. First, we invigorate the energy channels & declutter the mind to feel our strength come alive.
Are you ready to reduce stress? Next, we open the body up with long-held Yin poses, coupled with Reiki-infused hands-on, healing connective tissues and joints. We direct focus inward calming the nervous system down.
Then we come into complete stillness with Nidra. By activating the parasympathetic nervous system, we shift awareness beyond the body. Embracing deeper healing, we allow old patterns to dissolve and release emotional burdens.
Finally, we commune over a cup of ceremonial cacao prepared by Maura Sacach, an Indigenous woman from Guatemala, who shares the native way of cacao circles.
