KIM HOBBS

Kim Hobbs (RYT-500) began practicing yoga almost 10 years ago when she was in
college. For her, yoga is an empowering tool that invites people to witness their strength
and capacity for love from the inside-out. The most impactful aspect of yoga for Kim is
surrender, letting go of the need to push forward in a posture or an idea and to just be.
This idea has impacted her life both on and off the yoga mat, inspiring her to share its
potential as a teacher. In her classes, Kim guides students to experience their freedom
from within. She encourages students to move at their own pace and holds space for
them to express their authentic selves on the mat. Through the syncing of breath and
movement, Kim invites students to feel the present moment and enjoy exactly where
they are.
