The class will be interactive and include a guided meditation, an opportunity for participants to write their small and big life goals, an optional one-on-one and dialogue with Bart. Chi Gong will be delivered as well. I Chuan will me taught with the basic necessary for proper Tai Chi/Qi Gong practice.
