“I believe yoga is all-inclusive. We are all connected and capable. Anyone with a breath and a body has access to this incredible practice. I embrace the abilities of my yoga students by making yoga poses modified and accessible to each individual, and challenging enough to build strength and confidence. There is an inner voice within each of us that can guides us towards our full potential for health and wellness. Through a variety of yoga styles, philosophies, breath, and alignment, I aim to bring my students into a deeper experience of the present moment. With compassion, respect, humor, and direct experience I bring a safe and supportive environment for students to develop their practice and accomplish their goals with yoga.”
