"Dan loves empowering his students through a disciplined, versatile and fun yoga practice. Using the body and breath as a way into subtle energies, students have an opportunity to reach within themselves for deep healing, growth and Self-discovery. Using his background of two decades in competitive sports, Dan brings a unique combination of coach-like encouragement and compassionate touch to support his students. Before yoga teacher training, Dan studied Chen-style tai chi under Chad Billiris which often influences his style of teaching yoga. He trained at Peachtree Yoga under Graham Fowler and serves as a mentor for 200-hour training courses. Don't be surprised if you hear an instrument during class as Dan loves playing rhythm to accompany the deep vibrations of the heart."
