Courtney believes that yoga offers a unique opportunity for us all to thrive at the intersection of empowerment and surrender. She aims to guide students toward wellness by giving them tools to develop body awareness, strength, and breathing techniques they can use daily. She encourages students to take all facets of the practice at their own pace by building a strong connection to their body and listening deeply to the messages it sends. Courtney began practicing in 2011 and completed a 200-hr Yoga Teacher Training in 2016. She went on to complete her 300-hr yoga teacher training in January 2020.
