AARIKA BELASCO

Hello! My name is Aarika. I am a 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher. I graduated from the Peachtree Yoga Center in December 2022 and obtained a 200-hour certification. In October of 2023 I graduated from Peachtree Yoga Center with a 300-hour certification. I began incorporating yoga into my gym routines to help improve mobility and flexibility. My career in the beginning was extremely stressful. That is when I found Yin Yoga, with the help of which I realized that yoga as a practice goes deeper than the physical body. It allowed me to connect to myself deeper than I ever have. The practice taught me and continues to teach me so much!  After that, I decided to step down and commit to learning, teaching, and practicing yoga in all forms. I want a career that helps and heals rather than creates stress. I want to share the gift of yoga to anyone who needs it and is open to receive the beautiful gift it has to offer!
