In this workshop we will experience and create sequencing that best supports moms to be. We will discuss the energetic body and physical body, and explore what contraindications are and how to modify asanas. We will deepen our practice and teaching through pranayama, meditation, asanas, and learn how to create a supportive class and community.
This workshop is open to all: Yoga Teachers, who can get 3.5 CE hours and future moms who want to learn how to practice yoga safely during pregnancy.

Kelly Yount is a mom of two. She absolutely adores teaching and supporting her prenatal students. She is E-RYT 200, and has certifications in Prenatal Yoga, Spinning Babies, Kids Yoga and is an Integrative Energetic Healer. Creating a supportive and fun environment for her students is what brings her joy and keeps her curious to our potential and our possibilities.
