“I believe yoga is for everybody. I embrace the abilities of my yoga students by making the practice easy to follow yet challenging enough to build strength, transformation, and wellness. Through a variety of yoga styles, philosophies, breath, and alignment, I cater to each individual student and class. With compassion, respect, humor, and direct experience I bring a safe and supportive environment for students to develop their practice and accomplish their goals with yoga.”
