Caryn Beister (RYT-500) began her yoga journey ten years ago as a student who felt safe and supported by the poses and the instructor. A seed was planted. From that day on her mat, her goal has been to create space for others to experience safety and healing through the practice of yoga and meditation/mindfulness.
Her belief is that every person deserves recovery from every day life (loss, change, motherhood/fatherhood, addictions, disorders/injuries of mind/body/spirit, etc). Yoga is her avenue of helping others focus on recovering and healing.
As an instructor, her ‘voice’ is simple and calming. She incorporates gentle grounding poses, vinyasa flow, held postures, and a strong focus on the breath.
